- This is a Pre-Solicitation Notice for the requirements of janitorial services at the Navarro Mills Lake Office located in Purdon, Texas. The synopsized solicitation will be posted on or about December 13, 2010. The contract is expected to be awarded no later than January 31, 2010. This will be a five year contract for janitorial services at the Navarro Mills Lake Office funded with normal O&M funds. The contract requires cleaning of restrooms, conference rooms, offices, break rooms and other janitorial services as per the scope of work. The contract base will be from 1 February 2011 through 31 January 2012 with four one year option periods (final option period ending 31 January 2016).
