- The Marine Corps Systems Command intends to procure 430 TOCNET-V full cab kit systems, which consists of 245 MTVR Intercom Installation Kits and 185 LVSR Intercom Installation Kits on a sole source, firm-fixed price basis from SCI Technology, Inc., 1300 South Memorial Parkway, Huntsville, AL. The MTVR Intercom Installation Kit consists of 1 MCSU-V, 1 TRIM-V, 1 DUAL-V, 3 Headset Cables, 1 Power Cable, 1 Power/MDB Cable, 1 Radio Cable, 1 Power/MDB Cable, and 3 Racal Raptor Headsets. The LVSR Intercom Installation Kit consists of 1 MCSU-V, 1 TRIM-V, 1 DUAL-V, 3 Headset Cables, 1 Power Cable, 1 Power/MDB Cable, 1 Radio Cable, 1 Power/MDB Cable, and 3 Racal Raptor Headsets. This procurement supports acquisition of TOCNET-V intercom systems previously purchased under Contract Number N65236-09-C-3583. As the TOCNET-V developer and sole producer, SCI Technology alone has the unique specific knowledge of the system design and configuration necessary to satisfy the USMC requirement. Interested Parties that are capable of providing the requirement listed above are encouraged to submit a statement of capability no later than 15 days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government.
