- National Crime Information Center form. (NCIC). Department of Justice Residency Form The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Institution, Talladega, Alabama, intends to make a single award purchase for the repair of (2) 350 kw diesel generators located at the Federal Correctional Institution in Talladega, Alabama. The repair will include the supply and installation of digital control panels, electrical disconnects and conductors. A site visit will be conducted on December 09, 2010, at 8:00 a.m. Central Time, at FCI Talladega, 565 East Renfroe Road, Talladega, AL. 35160. Contact for the site visit will be Keith Martin, General Foreman, phone (256) 315-4167 (fax) 256-315-4447. Interested parties must complete and sumbit the attached security forms to FCI Talladega for approval before entry will be allowed into the institution. National Crime Information Center and DOJ Residency forms are attached to this presolicitation. The North American Industry Classification System is 811310. Additional specs will be listed under the solicitation which will be made available on or about November 30, 2010, and will be distributed solely through the General Services Administration Federal Business Opportunities website at www.fedbizopps.gov. All future information concerning the acquisition, including solicitation amendments will be distributed through the website. All contractors doing business with the Federal Government shall be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database. The website for registration is www.ccr.gov. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure that they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition. The solicitation is 100% set-aside for small business concerns. All responsible small business sources may submit a quote which will be considered.
