- Sierra Army Depot intends to enter into a sole source contract with CleanHarbors, 3763 Highway 471 Colfax, LA 71417 for packaging, transporting and ultimate disposal of identified hazardous items in accordance with California Title 22, Code of Federal Regulations Title 40, and Code of Federal Regulations Title 49. Authority: 10 U.S.C. 2304(C)(1), only one, or a limited number of sources under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 (Note 22). Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A Determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
