- Western Area Power Administration (WAPA), Sierra Nevada Region (SNR),locatedin Folsom, CA intends to award a sole source contract under the authorityofFAR 13.106(b)(1), to Open Access Technology International, Inc., 2300BerkshireLane North, Minneapolis, MN 55441 in order to provide the E-TagUpgrade/Enhancement to update the webTrader Schedules using webService.TheNAICS codes for this requirement is 511210 with a size standard of $25million. Interested parties may provide evidence of their capabilities toaccommodate this requirement and must respond by the due date and time.Thisnotice in no way obligates the Government to award any contract. WAPA willnotbe responsible for any costs incurred by responding to this notice.
