This item is not a Critical Safety Application (CSI) item nor is it a commercial item. The acquisition is unrestricted, other than full & open competition. This is a proprietary item to Northrop Grumman coded 3P. The Government does not possess the technical data package for this National Stock Number to evaluate alternate offers. Any manufacturer other than the approved source, Northrop Grumman CAGE 0JRC1,interested in submitting a proposal for this item must submit a complete source approval package request to this agency for evaluation for future procurements. DELIVERY: 365 days after receipt of order. QUANTITY: 6 each. INSPECTION/ACCEPT : Origin. FOB Origin. The government intends to place firm-fixed price, no options delivery order against BOA FA8200-05-G9001-P00001. The letter solicitation will be issued on 15 December 2010 and will close on 14 January 2011. The solicitation will not be available via the DLA-BSM Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) website.
