Description
GSA Public Buildings Service U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: West Virginia City: Logan Delineated Area: County Limits of Logan County, WV as defined by the U.S. Census Bureau at facfinder.census.gov Space offered shall be located within the equivalent of two city blocks from a primary or secondary street serving the office. The route shall allow for direct access to the office space. Locations with obscure or difficult access shall not be considered. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 7815 ABOA SF Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 8637 ABOA SF Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 28 Secured Spaces Parking Spaces (Surface): 0 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 28 Full Term: 10 years Firm Term: 5 years Option Term: One Five-year renewal option Additional Requirements: Space offered shall be capable of meeting current Government ABAAS and Fire and Life Safety Standards. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. The proposed leased space shall be fully serviced. Offered space shall not be in the 100 or 500 year flood plain.
