- Justification and Approval to Sole Source to Cebridge Acquistion Solicitation for Cable TV Service at Goodfellow AFB, including building list to receive service. Under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1, "only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements," the Goodfellow AFB contracting office, in San Angelo, Texas, intends to award a sole source contract to Cebridge Acquisitions, for the acquisition of Cable TV. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 515210. The size standard is $15 M. The anticipated performance period is 01 Dec 2010 to 30 Sep 2015.
