- MARKET RESEARCH/REQUEST FOR INFORMATION. NO SOLICITATION DOCUMENT EXISTS. The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center Puget Sound is conducting a market survey to determine the availability of small businesses capable of providing technical engineering services. The contract resulting from this requirement will be for technical engineering services. Please see the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS) for specific requirements. Interested firms are requested to submit a capability statement outlining their ability to meet or exceed this potential requirement no later than 12:00 pm (Pacific Standard Time), 13 December 2010, stating their business size, as well as a point of contact. The Government will use the results of this announcement to determine whether the acquisition of the above-described requirement should be solicited as a small business set-aside, or whether full and open competitive procedures should be utilized. The Government will not pay or provide reimbursement for any costs incurred in the preparation or delivery of the request for information. Interested parties should send all capability statements via email to spencer.butherus@navy.mil.
