- RECOVERY - THIS ACTION IS FUNDED BY THE AMERICAN RECOVERY AND REINVESTMENT ACT (ARRA). THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO THE EXISTING PROJECT MANAGEMENT OVERSIGHT (PMO) CONTRACTOR(S) UNDER THE INDEFINITE DELIVERY INDEFINITE QUANTITY (IDIQ) CONTRACT FOR PMO SERVICES. The Federal Transit Administration intends to award a Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee task order to a PMO contractor with a current IDIQ contract which was awarded as a result of a full and open competition for PMO services. The American Recovery and Reinvestment Act contrains specific acquisition requirements that must be met when using frunds appropriate by the Act. Acquisitons mus comply with FAR. The current PMO contract vehicle is deemed to be in the best interest of the government and in compliance with the goals of the Recovery Act.
