- R5 PREVIEW NOTICE The Chicago Regional Office for the GSA Federal Acquisition Service, Region 5 Fleet Service (Great Lakes Region) will be soliciting for vendors to provide Vehicle Auction and Support services for three geographic areas within the region. Specifically the areas will be within a 150 mile radius of Rock Island, IL, Clare, MI and Lomira, WI. The services will be required for a period of fifteen (15) months and the expected start date is to be 01/01/2011.
