- Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) intends to award a firm fixed price (FFP) delivery order on the basic ordering agreement (BOA) N00019-11-G-0001 for the procurement of mulitple parts required in the production of highly specialize equipment that are becoming obsolete to The Boeing Company on a sole source basis. The Boeing Company is the only known source possessing the requisite knowledge, experience, facilities, test equipment, and technical data required to integrate these parts into the specialized equipment without unacceptable delays in meeting the Navy's production program of requirement.
