- AMENDMENT P0001: Due to technical and communication difficulties a proper amendment cannot be issued at this time, however the following changes are hereby made: The solicitation closing date/time of this solicitation is hereby changed from 17 November 2010, 1200 hrs local Kabul time, to 22 Nov 2010, 1200 hrs local Kabul time. Notice to interested offerors: Questions and Answers will be uploaded soon along with the issuance of another Amendment. The questions asked identified inconsistancies in the SOW that will result in a revised SOW being created and uploaded.
