- NSN 6K-8145-012854683-V2, TDP VER 012, REF NR 609E001, QTY 17 EA, DELIVERYFOB ORIGIN. First Article Testing (FAT) is required for this procurement. A costfactorof $10,000.00 will be added, for solicitation purposes, to the price ofalloffers for whom the government will require such testing. All offerorsarerequested to submit a proposal with FAT and without FAT. If theContractorrequests waiver of FAT, please submit at time of proposal. Thisacquisition will be a 100% HUBZone set aside. Drawings/technical data NECOwebsite at www.NECO.navy.mil. This website will provide contractors with adirect link to FedTeds for the drawings/technical data package. All offerorsmust be registered in the Central Contractor Registration database.Additionally, all offerors must be registered in ORCA. Offerors must check theon-line application at https://orca.bpn.gov/publicsearch.aspx. All offerorsshall submit a proposed price in response to the solicitation closing date.
