If you are not an approved source, you must submit, together with yourproposal, the information detailed in the NAVICP Source Approval Brochure whichcan be obtained on the internet athttps://www.navsup.navy.mil/navsup/ourteam/navicp/business_opps. Offers receivedwhich fail to provide all data required by the source approval brochure will notbe considered for award under this solicitation. Please note, if evaluation of asource approval request submitted hereunder cannot be processed in time and / orapproval requirements preclude the ability to obtain subject items in time tomeet Government requirements, award of this requirement may be continued basedon Fleet support needs. All contractual documents (i.e. contracts, purchaseorders, task orders, deliv ery orders and modifications) related to the instantprocurement are considered to be 'issued' by the Government when copies areeither deposited in the mail, transmitted by facsimile, or sent by otherelectronic commerce methods, such as e-mail. The Government's acceptance of thecontractor's proposal constitutes bilateral agreement to 'issue' contractualdocuments as detailed herein. -SEE NOTES 9, 26
