- The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Europe District, is seeking expressions of interest from firms who are interested in proposing on an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Job Order Contract (JOC) for general construction, building renovations, repair/replacement of major building systems such as electrical, mechanical, civil, maintenance & repair of facilities, some landscaping, general environmental work, asbestos, force protection and concrete/asphalt roads and pavements work located in Belgium with minor work in Germany and the Netherlands. The contract will include a base period and two (2) option periods; periods are 365 days each. The estimated contract value is $10,000,000 per year with a total contract capacity not-to-exceed $30,000,000 for the entire life of the contract. This solicitation will result in one (1) contract JOC award. The successful awardee shall be required to meet specific country requirements that shall be identified per individual task orders. A Best Value determination will be made for the contract award. The solicitation will be issued free of charge by downloading from a designated web-site. The website address will be provided to interested Offerors at a later date. Information will not be available through FedBizOpps so prospective Offerors must provide the requested information above in order to receive instructions necessary to access the location of additional information. The Government reserves the right to cancel the solicitation, either before or after the proposal opening with no obligation to the Offeror by the Government. Description of Work The purpose of the Benelux Job Order Contract (JOC) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract is to acquire real property repair, maintenance, minor construction, and/or asbestos abatement. The orders will primarily address general building renovation, road and pavement repair, force protection, and general environmental work. This work includes, but is not limited to, incidental new minor construction, excavation, plumbing, demolition, electrical, structural, mechanical, concrete work, and environmental remedial work. Each project task order awarded under this JOC is normally comprised of a number of pre-described and pre-packed tasks as described in each Task Order and the Unit Price Book. The geographic areas, covered by this contract, includes USAG Ansbach; USAG Bamberg; Belgium; Netherland; USAG Grafenwoehr; USAG Heidelberg; USAG Schweinfurt; USAG Stuttgart; and USAG Wiesbaden for project work that is within the scope of the contract work.
