(11) Description. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other services necessary to perform Sports Officials Services. All contract personnel shall be qualified and trained and must demonstrate that they are qualified to officiate in the sports shown below. The service consists of Adult and Youth Sports in the estimated annual quantities shown below: ADULT SPORTS Basketball 180 games, 2 officials, 2 scorekeepers Volleyball 53 games, 2 officials, 1 scorekeeper Softball 275 games, 2 officials, 1 scorekeeper Flag Football 200 games, 3 officials Soccer 52 games, 3 officials YOUTH SPORTS Soccer 180 games, 1 official Flag Football 95 games, 3 officials Baseball/Softball 295 games, 2 officials Basketball 250 games, 2 officials, 2 scorekeepers   (ii) Unit of issue. Games (iii) Destination information: All services shall be performed at Sembach Air Base (AB), Ramstein AB, Vogelweh Air Station (AS), Kapaun AS, and Landstuhl, Germany. All correspondence and documents required for this contract shall be completed in English. (iv) Delivery schedule: See chart above. (v) Duration of the contract period: One 9-month base period and 4 12-month option periods.
