- Control Panel, A/C; System: CH-47 Input NSN: 1680-01-531-4234 Input P/N: 352E2050-4 Input NSN: 1680-01-531-4234 Input P/N: LSF00022 Output NSN: 1680-01-531-4234 Output P/N: LSF00022 QUANTITY: MIN 20 MAX 120 FMS QUANTITY: 20 This Presolicitation Notice is issued to publish notification of the cancellation of solicitation W58RGZ-10-R-0195 and replace it with solicitation W58RGZ-11-R-0112. The proposed contractual action will be a five (5) year, indefinite delivery indefinite quantity (IDIQ) cost plus fixed fee type contract. The listed NSN is not a Critical Safety Item (CSI). There is no Depot Maintenance Work Requirement (DMWR). The only known Approved Source is the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) Westwind Technologies, Inc., CAGE 1K9E4, 2901 Wall Triana Highway, Suite 200, Huntsville, AL 35824-1529. It has been determined that the Governments needs cannot be met by items available in the commercial marketplace; therefore, FAR Part 12 will not be used. Product Verification Audit (PVA) is required. The contractor shall furnish all depot level labor, facilities, tools, test equipment, materials for the Maintenance and Overhaul of this item. No telephone requests for solicitation will be accepted. Request for solicitation will be by fax or mailed. You may mail your request to Deanna Collins, CCAM-AL-M, Bldg 5303, 2nd Floor, Redstone Arsenal, AL 35898-5000; fax number 256-955-9237. Proposals will only be accepted by mail. No datafax or emails will be accepted for proposals. This requirement is currently unfunded. Award will be withheld pending receipt of sufficient funds. The closing date annotated is an estimate date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of the solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above.
