- Solicitation FA8538-11-R-23786. The anticipated issue date will be 19 Nov 2010 with an anticipated response date 17 January 2011. This will be a Firm Fixed Price acquisition for the repair of the Altitude, Hold and Hovering System (AHHS), SYSTEM CONTROL UNIT (SCU) (NSN: 6615-01-419-0127SO, P/N: 9139694-10) with a BEQ of 15 ea, SYSTEMS ELECTRONICS UNIT (SEU) (NSN: 6615-01-419-0126GC; P/N: 9139692-10) with a BEQ of 70 ea, SYSTEM INTERFACE UNIT (SIU) (NSN: 6615-01-434-1994GC; P/N: 9139698-10) with a BEQ of 25 ea, CAV AF Data with a quantity of 1 lot, Maintenance Data Collection Record with a quantity of 1 lot, and Depot Maintenance Production Report with a quantity of 1 lot. This acquisition will be a Five (5) year contract with one basic year and four option years. This acquisition is considered other than full and open competition. It will be sole sourced to DRS Engineering Development Labs, Inc (CAGE: 0CDN3) 4391 Dayton-Xenia Rd, Dayton, OH 45432. Authority 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), "Supplies (or services) required are available from only one or a limited number of responsible source(s) and no other type of supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements" applies. Quantities will be set forth as listed in the solicitation. Unit of issue is 'Each' and 'Lot.' Destination is Robins AFB, GA. Delivery schedule is 30 days after receipt of repairable assets or delivery order (whichever is later). Electronic procedures will be used for this solicitation.
