- Pre- Solicitation notice seeking Veteran Owned Small Business for maintenance of (7) emergency generators located at the Buffalo, New York and Batavia, New York Veteran Administration hospitals. This procurement will be a set aside for a Veteran Owned Small Business if sufficient response is received. The successful offeror will be required to provide annual maintenance and furnish all labor, parts, tools and equipment as applicable to perform inspections and load bank testing as specified to render the equipment in satisfactory working order.: Batavia VA: Cummins; Model KTA 2300; 500KW; Volts 4160. Detroit; Model 12V71; 300KW; Volts 4160: Caterpillar 3304PC, 100 KW, Volts 120/208: Buffalo VA: Cummins; Model 500-483361111; 500KW; Volts 277/480: Caterpillar; Model SR-4; 700Kw; Volts 480: Kohler, Model 573RSL2052BP W; 725Kw; Volts 120/208:Caterpillar; Model SRCR; 675Kw; Volts 480. The period of performance is January 1, 2011 - December 31, 2011 with four (4) option years thereafter. This procurement is being conducted under the authority of FAR parts 12, 13 & 15.
