The Governmentphysically does not have in its possession sufficient, accurate, orlegible data to purchase this part from other than the current source.Currently GE is the only known qualified source that can meet theGovernment's requirement for new manufactured material.New/Unused Government Surplus Material will also be solicited to meetthe Government's requirement. Surplus material must meet the surplusevaluation criteria identified in the solicitation.NSN: 2840-01-314-5809 JF.OEM Code: 07482. PN: 9980M83G08.Description: Augmentor Flameholder Gutter is a divergent flap weldmentand is an internal part of the variable exhaust nozzle. Approximatelength is 23.430 inches minimum and 23.490 inches maximum. Material issteel.Quantity: Best Estimated Quantity - 97 each; Range MIN - 24 each, MAX -146 each.Destination: SW3211, Tinker AFB OK.Delivery Schedule: 10 each per month beginning 30 Jun 2013.All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, orquotation which shall be considered by the agency.One or more of the items under this acquisition is subject to Free TradeAgreements.An Ombudsman has been appointed to hear concerns from offerors orpotential offerors during the proposal development phase of thisacquisition. The purpose of the Ombudsman is not to diminish theauthority of the program director or contracting officer, but tocommunicate contractor concerns, issues, disagreements, andrecommendations to the appropriate government personnel.
