- A Sources Sought Synopsis was posted on FedBizOps (fbo.gov) for this effort on 13 July 2009 under the title FA8217-09-R-MPSC. From 13 July 2009 to 2 November 2010, a number of documents were posted pertaining to Industry Days, Capabilities Briefing, draft documents, questions, etc. Offerors are encouraged to review this site for additional information but cautioned that nothing in this announcement shall qualify the RFP. The RFP contains current information regarding competition, set-aside, source selection technique, evaluation factors, etc. Any change to the RFP will be by amendment.
