Description
Intermediate ASACOI Basic ASA Course This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, issued as a Request for Quotation; a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation Number H92242-11-T-0004 incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through FAC 2005-14, dated 22 November 2006 and DFARS Change Notice 20050930. The DPAS Rating for this solicitation is S1. It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The clauses may be accessed in full text at these addresses: http://farsite.hill.af.mil. This requirement is Set-aside for Small Business. The NAICS code is 611699, the Size Standard is $6.5. The Naval Special Warfare Group Four (NSWG-4) requests responses from qualified sources capable of providing Navigation, Craft Systems, Engineering and Seamanship Training in the following course of instruction.(COI). Services to be performed in accordance with the attached statements of work. CLIN 0001: Basic A.S.A.'s course of instruction shall run for a five (5) day training period beginning on a Monday and ending on Friday. COI consists of Basic training on sailing and handling to include: vessel equipment safety, pre-voyage navigation plan, electronic navigation, communications, helsman ship, anchoring, undocking/docking/ line handling, engine systems, vessel support systems, AC/DC systems, generator operations, fuel systems, steering systems, fresh water systems, A/C systems, interior and exterior maintenance anc charter contracts. Period of performance December 06, 2010 to August 19, 2011. Provide pricing per course, per student as follows: ASA 101 30 Students ASA 103 30 Students CLIN 0002: Intermediate A.S.A's course of instruction shall run for a seven (7) day training period, beginning on a Monday and ending on Sunday. COI consists of Intermediate training on sailing and handling to include: vessel equipment safety, voyage navigation plan, electronic navigation, communications, helsman ship, anchoring, undocking/docking, line handling, engine systems, vessel support systems, AC/DC systems, generator operations, fuel systems, steering system, fresh water systems, A/C systems, interior and exterior maintenance and charter contracts. Performance period December 13 2010 to August 28, 2011. Provide pricing per course, per student as follows: ASA 104 25 Students ASA 105 25 Students ASA 106 25 Students Billing shall be at the completion of each course through WAWF NSWG-4 anticipates awarding a Firm Fixed Price Contract.
