- Amendment 0001 Amendment 0001 is attached. The Military Fleet Support Command has a requirement for the upcoming Mid-Term Availability of the USNS LENTHALL (T-AO 189). The period of performance for this requirement is to commence 1 April 2011 for a period of Forty Two (42) days. This requirement will be solicited on a full and open basis. Major work items include: BALLAST TANK BLASTING & RECOATING, TANK DECK OVERHEAD MECHANICAL CLEANING & RECOATING, MAIN DECK NON-SKID REPLACEMENT, MAIN ENGINE 12,000 HOUR MAINTENANCE, PORT MAIN ENGINE CLUTCH AND COUPLING OVERHAUL, CRP PROPELLER OIL DISTRO BOXES OVERHAUL, COGENEL PTO RELAYS & CONTACTORS REPLACMENT, PORT PTO CLUTCH AND COUPLING OVERHAUL, AUXILIARY BOILERS HEATING COIL REPLACEMENT, AND ERC A-CLASS BULKHEAD MODIFICATIONS (T-ALT 0876). The estimated issued date for this solicitation is 11 November 2010 with an estimated closing date of 17 December 2010. Upon issuance, the solicitation will be posted and can be found on FedBizOpps as well as the Contracts section of the Military Sealift Command website: www.msc.navy.mil.
