- RECOVERY - THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. THE ACTIONDESCRIBED HEREIN IS A MODIFICATION TO AN EXISTING CONTRACT (NNS10AA35C). AS SUCH, THISOPPORTUNITY WAS AVAILABLE ONLY TO THE CONTRACTOR IDENTIFIED BELOW. This action has beenawarded under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (ARRA) (PL 111-5). Incompliance with the ARRA, the Government posts this notice that modification 25 undercontract NNS10AA35C was issued to ASRC Research & Technology Solution (ARTS). Thismodification is issued under an existing Cost Plus Incentive Fee (CPIF) contract whichwas awarded on a competitive basis. The purpose of this modification is to extend theARRA task completion date under Mod 10 through 22 December 2010 at no additional cost forthe convenience of the government. Oral communications are not acceptable in response tothis notice. This announcement is for information purposes only. All questions and/orconcerns must be submitted in writing to the points of contact herein.An Ombudsman hasbeen appointed. See NASA Specific Note 'B'.
