- Description
- Provide all management, supervision, labor, materials, equipment, and supplies necessary to perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance and repair at the following location: Federal Center 501 Felix Street, Fort Worth, Texas. The contract term May 1, 2011 thru April 30, 2012, with provisions for four additional one year options. This is a performance based acquisition, and will be acquired utilizing Source Selection procedures. The solicitation will be available for downloading on/or about December 18, 2010. Prospective offerors shall notify this office via e-mail of their intent to submit an offer. It will be the responsibility of the offeror to monitor this site for the release of the solicitation and any amendments. The time and date for a pre-proposal conference will be noted in the solicitation. This procurement is a competitive 8(a) set aside.
