Response Date & Time: Friday, November 19, 2010 at 4:00pm (EASTERN) 6. POC: Julia Jones 7. Solicitation#: ED-FSA-11-Q-0002 8. Description: In accordance with FAR Part 13.106-1(b) procedures, the U.S. Department of Education, Office of Federal Student Aid (FSA) is soliciting a brand name specific requirement for the following HiSoftware products and services (shown below) to ensure Federal Student Aid SharePoint Enterprise Collaboration Tool Implementations are 508 Compliant. Products 1. HiSoftware Compliance Sheriff for SharePoint Server - 4 qty 2. HiSoftware Compliance Sheriff for SharePoint Server Maintenance - 4 qty 3. HiSoftware Compliance Sheriff for SharePoint Server CAL - 1700 qty 4. HiSoftware Compliance Sheriff for SharePoint Server CAL - Maint. - 1700 qty 5. HiSoftware On-Site Compliance Sheriff Training - 1 qty 6. HiSoftware Support (25-pack) - 1qty 7. HiSoftware Developer Support(Implementation Consultant - 40 hours Setup/Configuration-Advanced) 8. HiSoftware Travel and Expenses - Not to Exceed - 1 qty **ODC Travel expenses for technical resources will be approved in advance by the appropriate government official prior to the incurrence of any travel expense. 9. Option Year 1 - Maintenance Support for Compliance Sheriff for SharePoint 10. Option Year 2 - Maintenance Support for Compliance Sheriff for SharePoint Instructions to Offerors Submit, via electronic email by the due date and time shown (no exceptions will be granted), to the parties identified below, a price quote for the license and maintenance including (2) one-year option periods for the maintenance renewal out-years for the item shown in above table. Quotes shall be valid for 30 calendar days from submission. Price quotes shall be evaluated based on the lowest price technically accepted to the Government.
