Title: Microsystems Technology Office (MTO) Program SETA Support Solicitation Number: D11PS2000 Place of Contract Performance: Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA), 3701 North Fairfax Drive, Arlington, VA 22203-1714 Synopsis:The Microsystems Technology Office (MTO) in the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) requires support services to assist DARPA/MTO in its technical work in the areas of Microsystems Technology, Electronics, Photonics, Microelectromechanical Systems (MEMS), and Architectures. Scientific, engineering, and technical assistance (SETA), program planning, technical analysis, program and financial management/analysis, conference and meeting planning, data management and control, and administrative support services are required for the existing, planned, and yet to be defined technology programs. The scope of this effort is to provide technical, programmatic/financial, and administrative support to DARPA/MTO for existing and future DARPA/MTO programs. The contractor shall provide the necessary SETA services, materials, facilities, and travel to perform tasks. The contractor shall also provide the personnel and resources necessary to provide for planning and conducting unclassified and classified (up to TOP SECRET level) technical conference, seminars, workshops and program reviews. The Acquistion Services Directorate, Division III intends to award a mulitiple award IDIQ, with Time-and-Materials or Firm-Fixed-Price Task Orders. On behalf of DARPA, a five (5) year contract with no option periods is contemplated. The estimated ceiling for this contract is $305,000,000.00. This is a full and open competition. At least two (2) awards will be reserved for small business if after evaluations a submission meets the requirements.
