- This is an indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity, cost plus fixed fee multiaward contract. The contract consists of a five year base period of performance.<P>Under the terms of the contract, the company will provide support for the development oflow cost, rapid reaction payloads, buses, spacelift, and launch control capabilities forthe Operationally Responsive Space (ORS) Office within the DoD.
