- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation, is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). All solicitation documents and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-44. This procurement is a 100% Small Business set-aside IAW FAR 19.502-2 (a). The NAICS code is 334515 and the small business size standard is 500emp. The following commercial items are requested: 0001-Automated Electrical safety analyzer w/test automation Model#TA-ESA612, P/N #3460932 Qty:2 each Other Pertinent Information: Requirements Approved for Brand name only To be quoted FOB destination direct to Guam, Location/Delivery of Service/Materials: 36 MDG Unit 14010/Bldg 26001 APO AP 96543-4040 The following provisions and clauses apply to this acquisition: The provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors--Commercial Items. Submit the price quote information via email to SSgt Bardia Barmaki at bardia.barmaki@andersen.af.mil. Responses to this RFQ must be received via e-mail not later than 5 PM Eastern Daylight Time on Sunday 28 November 2010. Oral Quotes will not be accepted. Collect calls will not be accepted. All firms must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration database @ www.ccr.gov to be considered for award. All proposals must be directly submitted by the firm registered in CCR that is intended to be be the successful awardee. Proposal submitted by another firm on behalf of a CCR registered company with the intention of being award "care of" will not be accepted. The provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors--Commercial Items apply. Award will be based on lowest price technically acceptable.
