- This is a pre-solicitation notice for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Synopsis is as follows. A separate written solicitation M67400-11-T-0003 will be issued as a Request for Quotation on or after 08 Nov 2010. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-46 and DFARS Changes Notice 20101103. DPAS Rating is DO-S10. The North American Industrial Classification System codes are 541519 and the business size standard is NTE 6.5 million. This procurement constitutes Item 0001 through 0002. Required Items and Descriptions are as follows. INTERNET/INTRANET DEVELOPER SERVICES for 1ST MARINE AIRCRAFT WING (1ST MAW) INFORMATION MANAGEMENT OFFICE, CAMP FOSTER, OKINAWA, JAPAN. CLIN 0001: INTERNET/INTRANET DEVELOPER, 0.5-MONTH (Period from 06 Nov 2010 ~ 30 Nov 2010) / CLIN 0002: INTERNET/INTRANET DEVELOPER, 3-MONTH (Period from 01 Dec 2010 to 28 Feb 2011) The Government intends to make single award to CACI Dynamic Systems Inc, 14151, Park Meadow Dr. Chantilly, VA 20151 as sole source requirement. Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) provisions and clauses apply to this acquisition. Responsible Offerors must be active in the Central Contractor Registration in accordance with DFARS 252.204-7004 unless you qualify under an exemption. DUNS, TIN and CAGE Code must be written on submitted proposal. The solicitation (Request for Quotation), when released, will be available electronically at the following web sites https://www.neco.navy.mil and/or http://www.fedbizopps.gov/ under solicitation M67400-11-T-0003. The solicitation also will be e-mailed upon a written request to the Point of Contact listed.The offer can be mailed, faxed, or e-mailed to the Contracting Office, U.S. Marine Corps RCO, MCB CAMP S.
