- Mkt Rsh Capability Survey with Questionnaire USAF PACAF C-130 Depot Maintenance Contract CAUTION: This market survey is being conducted to identify potential sources that may possess the expertise, capabilities, and experience to meet the requirements for a United States Air Force Pacific Air Force C-130 Depot Maintenance Contract. Contractors responding to this market research are placed on notice that participation in this survey may not ensure participation in future solicitations or contract awards. The government will not reimburse participants for any expenses associated with their participation in this survey. We are conducting market research to identify potential sources that may possess the expertise, capabilities, and experience to meet the requirements to perform routine and unscheduled maintenance of C130 aircraft. The maintenance required under the purposed contract will require the capability to accomplish: Isochronal Inspections (ISO), similar to commercial B and minor C checks; Programmed Depot Maintenance (PDM), similar to commercial C and D checks; modifications (Time Compliance Technical Orders); and Unscheduled Depot Level Maintenance (UDLM). Prospective contractors should reply to the attached SSS capability survey IAW the instructions listed therein.
