- Small Business Sources Sought: This is not a request for proposal. This is a Small Business Sources Sought announcement seeking only Small Business responses in order to determine Small Business participation in the acquisition. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this announcement. The designated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 561210 (Facilities Support Services) with a size standard of $35.5 Million dollars. The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) Fort Drum intends to procure Personal Property Shipping Office (PPSO) management and administration services located at Fort Drum, NY under a single award Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract. Principal PPSO services can be defined as the following: office management, office administrative tasks, inspections of personal property carriers and agents, and Management of the trafficking and storage of personal property. The anticipated period of performance is likely to be a base period of twelve (12) months and four (4) one-year option periods. Responses are limited to 20 pages and should include the following: "Small business status, for example, 8(a), HUBZone, Women owned, Veteran Owned, Service Disabled Veteran Owned. "Revenue for the last three years. "Relevant past performance on same/similar work dating back to the last three years and the companys capability to do this type of work. Documentation of technical expertise and capability must be presented in sufficient detail for the Government to determine that your company possesses the necessary functional area expertise and experience to compete for this acquisition. It is imperative that business concerns responding to this sources sought inquiry articulate their capabilities clearly and adequately.
