- **ATTENTION***FORMAL COMMUNICATION RELATED TO THIS ACQUISITION SHOULD BE DIRECTED TO: Carol Hardage, Contracting Officer, CCAM-AL-L, FAX NUMBER 256-842-7629. NO TELEPHONE REQUEST WILL BE ACCEPTED. NSN: 1560-01-436-1521, PRON: AX0Q0482, P/N 406-052-120-105, NOUN: Support, Structural, Quantity: 43 each minimum/443 each maximum 3 year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity requirement applicable to BX, OH-58D. This item is restricted to Bell Helicopter Textron Inc., Cage 97499, Skyline Industries, Inc., Cage 24434, and L-3 Communications Integrated Systems L.P., Cage 7S976. Required delivery is 300 Days After Contract Award (DACA) with First Article (FA), 200 DACA without FA, and 250 DACA with Alternate II. The restriction is because this part requires engineering source approval by the design control activity in order to maintain the quality of the part. Existing unique design capability, engineering skills, and manufacturing knowledge by the qualified source(s) require acquisition of the part from the approved source(s). All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the Agency. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under Standard Aviation and Missile Source Approval Request (SAMSAR). Foreign Firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above. THIS ACQUISITION CONTAINS TECHNICAL DATA WHOSE EXPORT IS RESTRICTED BY THE ARMS EXPORT CONTROL ACT (TITLE 22, USC., SEC 2751 ET SEQ) OR THE EXPORT ADMINISTRATION ACT (TITLE 50, USC., APP 2401-2402) EXECUTIVE ORDER 121470. THIS INFORMAITON CANNOT BE RELEASED OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL OF THE GOVERNMENT.
