- Description
- NSN: 1420-01-364-9807, LOCK ASSEMBLY,RIVET. 1G Full and Open after exclusion of sources (100% Small Business Set-aside). Destination inspection required. FOB Destination. DSCR does currently have an approved technical data package available for this NSN. Required delivery is 177days. This NSN is a critical application item and is not commercial. Solicitation will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for a base year plus 4 option years. Solicited Full and Open competitive basis as a 100% Small Business Set-aside. Pricing will be evaluated on the Estimated Annual Demand (EAD), which is 648 each. The Guaranteed Minimum quantity is 162 each applicable to the Base Year only. These quantities will be the same for the base year and all four option years. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Solicitation issue date is 12/02/2010. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS Website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP.
