- The proposed contract action is for commercial supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority for FAR 13.106-1(b)(1). Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, the Government will consider all responses received within six days after date of publication of this notice of intent. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract action is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Roll Call Inc. is considered the supplier who can supply a subscription to Congressional Quarterly. Congressional Quarterly is the only service that provides real time congressional information, as well as access to CQ Today News, CQ Schedules, Congressional Research Services Reports, CQ Member Profiles, Advanced Legislative Tracking Reporting and Notification (including Custom Lists & Email/Blackberry Alerts and Enhanced Government Documents: Bill Text and Bill Compare, Bill Digests, Committee Reports and Congressional Record), Amendment Text, and Congressional and Newsmaker Transcripts. The applicable North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) Code is 511120. All responses may be emailed to Jillian Swanson at jillian.swanson@navy.mil and reference number N4814211RC00002 no later than 12:00 EST on 15 Nov 2010.
