- Additional factors which shall be considered for evaluation. Please see Statement of Work. 1. For all preventative maintenance pricing and unscheduled remedial repairs pricing. In addition to the items listed in the evaluation factors, be sure to include pricing for travel, environmental fees, waste/disposal fees. 2. Include the length of time your company has been in business. 3. The number of service and road technicians. 4. List the standard certifications and training provided to your technicians annually or semi-annually. Including OSHA requirements. Site Visit Responses 1. An inquiry was presented as to whether sweeper/scrubber was used in the warehouse operations. Response: No. The only equipment which shall be serviced is listed on the statement of work. 2. Is the equipment used off-site? Response: No. The equipment is used within the confines of the warehouse operations. It also is infrequently used to off-load freight from the street. This many occur once or twice annually. 3. When an award is made, how will the successful vendor gain access? This is a secured, Federal Government installation. Access shall be granted to individuals who have received security clearance. For preventative maintenance service and unscheduled remedial repairs, the COTR shall provide a visitor notification. END OF AMENDMENT.
