- Solicitation Statement of Work; Bid Schedule Wage Decision This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation provides for snow plowing and removal at the Pagosa Ranger District. The government intends to award the Base Year plus four (4) option years. Solicitation documents and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular. Solicitation number AG-82CS-S-11-0002 Snowplowing for the Pagosa Ranger District, Pagosa Springs, CO is issued as an (RFQ) Request for Quotation. (see attached) Read ALL of the following information and return your (RFQ) along with 52.212-3 - - Offeror Representations and Certifications - - Commercial Items. (see attached) to: San Juan Public Lands Center Sharla J. Lowe 15 Burnett Court Durango, CO 81301 On or before Friday, November 19, 2010 1600 MST. This solicitation is 100% set aside for small business. NAICS 561790 size standard $7.0 million. SHOW ME TRIP: Beth Jones will be on hand Tuesday, November 16th at 9:00 am for a show me trip at the Pagosa Ranger District. Ms. Jones can be reached at 970-264-1501.
