Subset License Numbers 507405 and 507409. MathWorks software is proprietary. Only authorized dealers may submit a proposal. Award shall be made to the offeror who meets all the specifications, provides the required maintenance and software updates, who is technically acceptable and submits a low price proposal. The applicable NAICS Code is 511210 with a size standard not to exceed $25.0 million. Your price shall be FOB destination. Payment will be made by the Defense Financial and Accounting System (DFAS); therefore, you must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (http://www.ccr.gov/), as well as, Wide Area Work Flow (https://wawf.eb.mil/). Inspection and acceptance shall be at destination. This is a Firm Fixed Price award. You must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) website http://www.ccr.gov if you are not registered in the CCR at the time of award, your proposal will be disqualified.
