- Questions and Answers Question: Symantec needs to locate the current maintenance contract and validate the dates in order to provide renewal quotes. There is a variety of information that would allow Symantec to do this: License/Maintenance certificates from the previous renewal/original purchase, Maintenance Contract number, Symantec Renewal Quote number. We should also be able to track down the right info with the Gov't PO number. Answer: The government PO for the current contract is numbered SP4707-10-F-0020. Additional Information: The Symantec Renewal Quote Number is: 512995320.
