TERMS AND CONDITIONS SCA# E11-034 SOLICITATION# E11-034 This procurement is being solicited for award by SAIC-F under its contract #HHSN261200800001E for Operations and Technical support at the National Cancer Institute-Frederick, a federally funded research and development center. SAIC-F is the prime contractor charged with operations and technical support of the government owned contractor operated (GOCO) facility. 1. 4x2 Passenger Van MUST BE FLEX FUEL and include the following features: Seating for 7 (Seven), Air Conditioning, Power windows, Power door locks, Power mirrors, Power Steering, Cruise Control, Keyless Entry, Stow-N-Go Seating, Vinyl or cloth upholstery no leather. 2. 4x2 Compact Pick Up MUST BE FLEX FUEL and include the following features: Four Cylinder engine, Air Conditioning, Power windows, Power door locks, Power windows, Power Steering, Cruise Control, Keyless Entry, Stow-N-Go Seating, Vinyl or cloth upholstery no leather.
