- The US Army Corps of Engineers, Portland District will be issuing a Firm Fixed Price Service Contract for Janitorial Services at Dexter Dam Powerhouse, Lookout Point Dam Powerhouse, Fall Creek Dam Powerhouse, Hills Creek Dam Powerhouse, and the Willamette Valley Project offices located at Dexter project, located in Lane County, Oregon. This solicitation is set-aside for Service Disable Veteran Owned Small Businesses. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, vehicles, supervision, and any other items necessary to perform Janitorial Services as required in the solicitation. Work shall be in compliance with all local, state and federal regulations. SITE VISIT: (a) Offerors or quoters are urged and expected to inspect the site where the work will be performed. (b) An organized site visit has been scheduled for: 19 November 2010: 09:30AM and ending around 4:00 PM Pacific Time. Time is subject to change. Please verify when registering for the site visit. HARD HATS AND STEEL TOED SHOES ARE REQUIRED. In order to participate in the site visit you must contact Kathryn A. Newhouse via email at Kathryn.A.Newhouse@usace.army.mill or via fax at 503-808-4605 No Later Than 17 November, and provide the following information: (1) Names of people who will be attending the site visit, (2) The Company they work for: Title, Phone, and Email Address, (3) Date and place of birth of each person to be on site, (3) and any other information she may need for security purposes. This procurement should be available for download on or about 15 November 2010.
