The 45th Contracting Squadron has a sole source requirement to purchase a 20'x30' booth rental for the FY11 I/ITSEC NDIA Conference This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. This is a sole source requirement in accordance with FAR 6.302-1. This is not a request for competitive quotes. 45 CONS/LGCB, Patrick Air Force Base, FL, 32925 intends to award to National Training and Simulation Association (NTSA) the only source capable of fulfilling the government's requirement. 45 CONS/LGCB has determined that NTSA is the only source capable of providing this requirement. The Request for Quotation (RFQ) number is F3KTH20243A001. This solicitation and incorporated clauses/provisions are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-43 and DFARs Change Notice (DCN) 2010008. SIC Code is 8621 with a business size of $7,000,000 and the NAICS Code of 813920. Minimum Salient Characteristic: System Performance Specifications: ITEM DESCRIPTION OF MATERIAL OR SERVICES TO BE PURCHASED QUANTITY UNIT Island Booth rental (20x30) (600 square feet) 1 lump sum Preferred Delivery: 29 Nov 2010 Place of delivery, performance, and acceptance is FOB Destination, Patrick AFB FL 32925.
