- Notification to GSA IT Schedule 70 Vendors for COMSATCOM Transponded Capacity SIN 132-54 This is a special notice to inform interested parties of potential future requirements for the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA). The Department of Defense (DoD) may have short term requirements (i.e. less than one month) which will be posted to the GSA Information Technology (IT) Schedule 70 SIN 132-54 for competition at some time in the future. This notice is to inform all interested parties that only those companies who are GSA contract holders for IT Schedule 70, and have SIN 132-54 on their contracts shall be able to access the Request for Quotations (RFQs) which may be released at a later date. Additionally, only those vendors who have one day increments on their GSA IT Schedule 70 price list for SIN 132-54 will be considered for possible award. Quotes received for items/services that are not on Schedule 70 and listed under SIN 132-54, will not be considered - no exceptions shall be granted.
