- Description
- The Center for Acquisition Innovation Frederick (CAI Frederick) on behalf of the Department of Veterans Affairs, Office of Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization (OSDBU) issued Solicitation No. VA798-11-RQ-0001, on October 19, 2010 for conference support services that includes design and development of brochures, newsletters, fact sheets, flyers, and other materials focused on the Veterans Small Business Conference outreach efforts and exposure. The contractor shall also develop and produce digital camera-ready copies of specialty publications and other information media to support conference activities. The solicitation closing time/date was 2:00pm, October 28, 2010. The Contractor shall provide all necessary personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to provide conference support services as defined in the Performance Work Statement. The period of performance shall be four years and eleven months from date of award. Performance shall be in accordance with the requirements, conditions, terms and representations contained in this solicitation, any pertinent OSHA Occupational and Safety regulations, and any State and/or local regulations, laws and codes.
