Small Business Set-Aside
Competitive 8(a)

Description
This requirement is an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity follow-on effort and is set-aside for competition in the 8(a) Business Development (BD) Program for Manpower Support Services to support a wide range of F-15 acquisition, modification, and sustainment activities for Foreign Military Sales (FMS). The requirement calls for services that include technical and engineering tasks supporting the F‑15 Systems Program Office (SPO) and the 569 Aircraft Sustainment Squadron located at Robins AFB, Georgia. The tasks include supporting a wide range of F-15 acquisition, modification, sustainment, and management operations in the Air Force Material Command categories of modification support, production support, depot maintenance, and supply material activities that support the FMS customers. The contractor is expected to interface with other Air Logistics Centers and FMS customers to include the Israeli Air Force, Japanese Self Defense Forces, Royal Saudi Air Force, Republic of Korea Air Force, Singapore Armed Forces, and all other U.S. or FMS activities supported by the F-15 SPO. This effort requires travel to support the Program Office functions. The Contractor shall primarily perform the requirements of this contract at Robins Air Force Base, Georgia and temporarily at other locations. This requirement is being solicited for a basic one-year period and four one-year option periods. Additionally, the requirement also includes the option to extend services clause 52. 217-8. All 8(a) responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by the Agency. Foreign Contractors are not allowed to participate. It is anticipated that the solicitation (FA8505-10-R-21787) will be issued 8 June 2010. This requirement is a follow-on effort to contract FA8505-05-D-0002 awarded to EMERALD CONSULTING GROUP LLC (CAGE: 3FXB3) to provide continued support.
