- This is a combined solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6 of the FAR, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This notice constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-45. The Office of Naval Intelligence has a requirement to procure: Annual Support & Upgrades (17 Licenses) for Flight Control Brand name required. Maintenance has expired, so please include on your quote a reinstatement fee as a separate Line Item. Period of Performance: 1 year from Date of Award. Evaluation factor will be lowest price technically acceptable. This is an all or NONE request for offers. The FAR provisions at 52.212-1 pertain as well as FAR clauses, 52.212-4 and 52.212-5. Additionally, the DFARS clause 252.211-7003. Offers will be accepted via e-mail, only, prior to close-of-business 21 NOV 2010. No telephone calls please.
