- The Naval Inventory Control Point (NAVICP) and the United States Fleet Forces (USFF) Command are issuing this request for information to gain information for USFF's Fleet Training Support Contract compeitive rebid effort to occur during FY11. Training includes, live, synthetic and classroom training. The objective of this RFI is to facilitate NAVICP's Contracting Officer's determination of the market base to facilitate a decision regarding acquisition strategy (set-aside, unrestricted, or limited source). NAVICP will be utilizing the NAVICP's eProcurement email box/communications tool, for document exchange and receipt of submissions.
