- The US Army of Corps of Engineers, Little Rock (Arkansas) District intends to issue a Solicitation W9127S-11-B-0004 for a firm fixed price commercial performance based service contract for Maintenance Services for the Millwood Lake Project Office, for a base and two option years. Millwood Lake Project Office is located approximately 32 miles east of Ashdown, AR, and is responsible for the maintenance and operations of one (1) flood control structures, and twelve (12) parks/public use areas. This Solicitation will be issued as a Total Small Business Set-Aside via the Armys Single Face to Industry Website (ASFI) on or about 23 Nov 2010. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 561210; and the applicable Small Business Size Standard is $32.5 Million. No paper copies will be provided, therefore it is each offerors responsibility to download the solicitation from ASFI, and check daily for any posted amendments. Central Contractor Registration (CCR) and Annual Representations and Certifications (ORCA), as required by FAR 4.1102, apply to this procurement. Prospective contractors must be registered prior to award. Lack of registration in the CCR database will make an offeror ineligible for award. Information on CCR registration can be obtained at http://www.ccr.gov. Information on ORCA can be obtained at http://orca.bpn.gov.
