- BSM PR 0027159745. This is a Firm Fixed Price Contract solicitation for one NSN. This solicitation will consist of the following NSN: 1680-01-095-7350, Receptacle, Refueling, IAW Sikorsky Aircraft (CAGE 78286) part number 70307-03011-01. This is a source controlled item with one other approved source, Parker Hannifin (CAGE 92003). FOB is at Destination. This is a Navy Critical Safety Item. It is a stock buy. Origin Inspection is required. Requested delivery is 244 days ARO or best possible for the production units. This procurement is being solicited as a unrestricted procurement. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) applies. Other Than Full and Open competition applies. This is a Critical Application item. Export Control and Configuration Control apply. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. A paper copy of this solicitation will not be available to requestors. Anticipated issue date is November 24, 2010. The solicitation will be posted on DIBBS at http://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil and will close on or about December 27, 2010.
